About Atlanta-ART, 1972 by Robert Indiana

This high quality print was produced using the silkscreen method. Silkscreens are created one colour at a time making them ideal for artworks featuring bold areas of colour.

Original serigraph poster designed by Robert Indiana for an exhibition held at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, Georgia in the Spring of 1972. The title of the exhibition was "The Modern Image" and Indiana created an image that reads ART in sharp contrasting colors and with overlapping letters, very typical of his style. The exhibtion was held from April 15th to June 11th, 1972 and the poster was produced by the American Poster Company. The poster measures 35 x 25 inches and it is a five color silkscreen. It is in mint condition. The edition size is unknown.

Available with bespoke, expertly handcrafted frames.
