About the Job
Easyart are looking for a skilled and passionate writer/ blogger/ PR person to help create a unique tone of voice for our websites as well as build in-house PR capabilities. This is a fantastic role helping to build one of the UK’s most exciting online brands.You will create quality editorial content for Easyart.com to make the site richer, more engaging and bring across our love for the product, skilful craftsmanship and unique access to artists and imagery. The brand and company need to live through the quality of content on the site and we are looking for your to help drive that change. Furthermore will you start building an in-house PR function. You will help set our PR strategy and approach. You will take a lead in developing, writing and distributing these stories. Based on your and our existing journalist network you will extend the reach of our PR. You work closely with Marketing, Publishing and the Design Teams and report directly to the MD.
About you
As content editor and PR manager you love to see your stories in print and enjoy networking with journalists and people in the industry. You will be internet savvy, have a blog or have contributed to websites in the past. You will have a track record in journalism or in PR for interiors or design, have an existing industry and press network and love interior, art and design products. You will be organised, good under pressure and fun to work with.
