Hi, this is Becky from Appliances Online, I’ve taken a break from my usual brightly coloured layouts to suggest a more grown up look for this Curated Collection.
I found these dreamy, subdued images and instantly loved the pale blues and greys, they reminded me of Monet’s watercolours and this was my starting point. I also wanted to show the theme of travel and tried to think about the different shapes of sails and water, shown in the more geometric prints. The texture of peeling paint and weather beaten walls was also a strong influence and can be seen in the faded paintings.
