Though I don’t write about fashion very often on this blog, I love it a lot. I’ve literally been involved in fashion in some way or another since I was 3 yrs old. I also love art (perhaps a little more obvious from this blog), so when art and fashion mix, I do my happy dance.
I came across the Autumn/Winter 2012 Karla Spetic collection recently and was really excited to see how the Australian designer incorporated the Pop Art influences from Lichtenstein into her garments. I love it. She’s not the first designer to have a thought like this and she hopefully won’t be the last. Below are a few designs that remind me of some famous paintings you may love and recognise.
