A Swiss photographer now living in England, Sabina grew up surrounded by painters, sculptors, artists of all kinds, as well as designers and architects - all with a strong sense of the visual and a keen appreciation of nature, landscape and gardens.
She chose photography as her medium, studying in Zürich and Newport, Wales, then winning a place at the Royal College of Art in London. After graduating she worked for various magazines and national newspapers producing a variety of documentary, travel and lifestyle articles.
Now settled in England, her husband encouraged her to combine a love of gardens and plants with her love of photography, and her garden photography is regularly published in magazines. A recent House&Garden series called 'Painterly Plants' has been turned into a book, featuring her real love - plant portraiture.
