My Father took photographs. His Father before him. Fragile negatives made of glass, stored in heavy boxes.
My first camera was a Kodak Brownie. I took black and white pictures of my toys.
Times change, technology advances in leaps and bounds and the subjects I photograph have altered.
In the beautiful Lake District National Park, where most of my pictures are taken, the crags and hills remain unchanged from my Grandfathers day. The light (and the weather!), though, can alter in the blink of an eye. To capture moments in time is a great feeling. I hope you enjoy them.
