Jean Tatton Jones has sold her work internationally both to individual and corporate buyers including medical and dental centres, restaurants and offices. As well as having an honours degree Jean has also won awards for poetry, which has been published in North America, Europe, India and Britain.
She is adept at capturing maximum atmosphere with minimal detail. Using a variety of media including watercolour, acrylic and oil, her themes include landscapes, sea views, creatures, flowers and abstract design. Jean explains that some of her recent work has a dreamlike quality and is born from our rich cultural heritage of myths, legends and poetry which evokes feelings of mystery and enchantment.
