Understanding lead-times

The 'normally ships in... days' message indicates the number of working days before your print is ready to despatch. Items marked 'ships in 24 hours' are normally despatched the next working day after your order is placed.

Please note:

  • Framed items are made-to-order and take two days longer.
  • Multiple item orders cannot be split. This means the despatch date is determined by the item with the longest lead-time.
  • Goods can only shipped once payment has been received. For this reason we recommend payment by credit or debit card. But please note; your order will be held if we are unable to obtain authorisation from your bank or card issuer.
  • Time in transit must be added to the 'ships-in' period shown.
