Understanding lead-times
Same-day Despatch
Items marked as 'same day despatch' are normally despatched unframed the very same day your order is placed. Framed items are made-to-order and take two days longer. For same day despatch, the following conditions apply:
- Order must be placed by 12:00 GMT (Mon - Fri exc. public holidays)
- Order must contain unframed prints only.
- Multiple item orders cannot be split. This means the despatch date is determined by the item with the longest lead-time.
- Goods are only shipped once payment has been received. For this reason we recommend payment by credit or debit card. But please note; your order will be held if we are unable to obtain authorisation from your bank or card issuer.
Normally ships in.....
The 'normally ships in...' period indicates the number of working days we expect before your unframed print is ready to despatch. Two further days should be allowed for framed items.
