This pastel drawing shows three images of a rearing horse. In the central image the racehorse starts to rear as the jockey tries to keep control. As the horse rises higher, the rider attemps to stay in the saddle. Finally, both horse and jockey fall to the ground. This is a beautiful series of horse drawings in black and white pastel.
