Front cover of the 1921-2 'Descriptive Catalogue of the Yokohama Nursery Co, Ltd'. The Yokohama Nursery Co at this time had offices in Japan, London, New York and Shanghai. Their bulbs and plants were shipped worldwide from the nurseries in Japan. The plants are named on the illustration as 'Diospyros lotus' and 'Pyrus serotina'. There is a hand-written note that 'Prices subject to a 20% increase'.
