This object is to be found in the gardens of Hever Castle in Kent, England, near to where I spent my childhood. The castle is a local attraction and I have visited many times over the years. Its said that all the Roman artifacts in the gardens were brought to Hever by the Aster family, who bought the castle in the early 1900s.
