I grew this medicinal plant in my garden for a number of years. I use to supply the petals to a local health food shop in West Vancouver Canada, close to where I lived in the 90's. They sold them to their 'hippie' clients, who like me, put then in their salads, it wasn't just us hippies who like them, the local bees did as well! Not many people know that the humble Marigold is more than just a pretty plant.
