Children returning home, Nigeria, 1960. This enigmatic scene depicts Nigerian children returning home at nightfall. It was taken by Graham Finlayson on a Rolleiflex whilst on assignment for the Guardian in 1960. Although Finlayson worked for the paper for just five years, he travelled widely on assignments in Indonesia, Borneo and Nigeria.
