This Turner like image was captured shortly after sunrise in June at Heybridge Basin near Maldon. The scene was shrouded in a mist that ebbed and flowed on the still waters of the Blackwater Estuary, creating some lovely colours and effects. A small rowing boat is silhouetted in the foreground with a range of yachts anchored in the near distance.
