The scene shown here is of the historic Cobb at Lyme Regis along the Dorset coastline. A winters sun can be seen rising over the horizon and a rough sea crashes against the Cobb just in front of the camera. the unmistakable 's' shape of the wall leads off into the distance. The location has inspired artists and novelists over the years, most notably Jane Austen and John Fowles. the Cobb dates back to the 1300s.
