This scene was captured on a lovely spring evening at Dedham Vale in Suffolk from the vantage point of Flatford Mill looking toward a house on the bank of the River Stour, owned at one time by Willy Lott and made famous by the artist John Constable in his depictions of the area in paintings such as the Haywain. The view has changed over time somewhat, but is still clearly recognisable.
