I've been working as a professional artist in Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire, West Wales since 1981 and from 2006 to 2009 studied for and completed my B.A. in Fine Art, with Honours.
My work is eclectic and wide ranging but I delight in bringing the unseen in nature into sharp focus, especially in my studies of bark and lichens. Though unfamiliar they are, in fact, accurate reproductions of what nature almost hides from us. I've also worked with the National Trust in Wales, running willow workshops (large scale outdoor pieces) and producing a piece of outdoor land-art (a Celtic Circle) for the grounds of Newton House and another piece for Carmarthen Council. I hold several exhibitions each year and I'm a member of a cooperative of artists who own and run the King Street Gallery in Carmarthen.
