Painting since 1996 , with a passion for painting in the open air. Through the use of oils with large brushes found more abstract forms emerging in a direct response to the landscape, passing light and changing atmosphere on the Downs, or by the sea in Sussex. Noticeable passion and energy in the work . The work has been described as lyrical imaginative with a fresh, rhythmic and intuitive abstract approach, broad sweeping brush strokes.
