Felix Schlesinger Art Prints and Posters
This German painter of genre scenes was born in Hamburg in 1833. Unfortunately not a great deal is recorded about his life.
Schlesinger studied at the Dusseldorf Academy, and also under Rudolf Jordan. It is known that he produced most of his best work in Paris and Munich. Schlesinger's favourite subjects were children and animals and he died in 1910 at the age of 77.
