A.F. de Prades Art Prints and Posters
Little is known about the life of artist Antonio F. de Prades.
He flourished from 1844 until 1886 and was probably the brother of the painters Alfred P. and Frank de Prades.
He was an excellent painter of sporting subjects and his collection includes several depictions of the Derby and its winners, and include The Derby Stakes at Epsom and Leamington.
De Prades exhibited at the Royal Academy in 1879 and at many galleries around London.
